THE ARCHIVE
Before remaking anything, we sorted everything: every clip, still and 3D file Budots Media generated for the Philippine market since mid-2024.
files sorted into 40 dated projects, 2024 to 2025

THE WARRIOR, TWO YEARS APART
Our 2024 Visayan warrior was a single image: a character sheet from the Luma Dream Machine era, nice to look at and impossible to use in a game. In 2026 the same idea, written as one prompt in Tencent's Hunyuan 3D Studio, comes back as a production asset: a 3D mesh, painted, rigged and animated.

A still from our 2024 gallery (screenshot, so low resolution). It can't be turned, posed or animated.

Hunyuan 3D Studio concept, generated straight into the A-pose that rigging needs.

499,684 faces. A 28-bone skeleton placed automatically, fingers and toes included.
Text-to-3D V3.1 with full texture: about 500,000 triangles, ready for Blender, Unity or Unreal.
ONE BROWSER TAB, FIVE STEPS
Text to image
A Chinese-language prompt describing a pre-colonial Visayan warrior. Hunyuan's "standardized A-pose" switch puts him in a rig-ready stance.
Image to mesh
Hunyuan 3D V3.1 turns the concept into a 500k-face sculpt: muscle, headcloth knot, the fringe on his loincloth.
PBR paint
Colour, normal, roughness and metallic maps painted from the concept image, tattoos included.
Auto skeleton
Bones and skin weights predicted automatically. It works for humanoid characters only; props are refused.
Pick a move
Templates from kicks to street dance. We chose a charged attack and a dance, then rendered both in Blender.
Cost: 1 Hunyuan credit for the first text-to-3D test, then 8 of the 30 free daily 3D Studio generations for the concept, mesh, texture, two rigs and three animations.
WHAT CHANGED, IN OUR OWN FILES
Short Luma Dream Machine clips and character images. Our first 3D attempt was an image-to-3D head from Hyperhuman: an OBJ with baked textures, no body, no rig.
Five to ten-second clips at 720p to 1360×752: Sinulog concepts, an underwater Santo Niño, Ghibli-style Cebu, box-toy figures. Watermarked downloads and a lot of retries.
Veo 3 brought eight-second 720p clips with native sound. Our zombie-outbreak series alone is 65 files. 3D became a 500k-triangle textured statue, still static.
From a prompt to a textured, rigged and animated character in one tool, plus part splitting, low-poly, UV unwrapping and 3D worlds. The video remakes are next.
THE REEL
The same comparison cut as a vertical video for TikTok, Reels and X.
WORK WITH US PLAY LAPU-LAPUTOOLS AND CREDITS
- 2026 warrior: Tencent Hunyuan 3D (text-to-3D V3.1 and 3D Studio: concept, geometry, texture, rigging, animation templates).
- Renders and reel: Blender 5.2 (Eevee) and ffmpeg, with Budots Media's "budots media ai churva" track.
- 2024 image: from Budots Media's 2024 generation gallery (Luma Dream Machine era), shown as a screenshot crop.
- No real person's likeness was used. The warrior is a generic pre-colonial Visayan character inspired by the Lapu-Lapu story, not a portrait.
- Browser work, Blender renders, the reel and this page by Claude Opus 5.5, directed by Budots Media.
